It is not the food that makes us fat
Then how do we get fat ?
When I was in India, I heard this as a joke, and as the saying goes like this ”Dhan Aawey to pait Aawey” Dhan means money and Aawey means, comes and Pait means belly. Yes, it means money comes, the belly comes. In other words, effluence breads obesity.
Let’s put the above saying in a perspective:

When food is abundant, and there is prosperity. Life sees an opportunity to open up a savings account. Life tries to protect itself; nature does not trust us, so what it does is as we get economical sound, nature starts a safety and security tax, what I mean is it starts saving for its safety a small chunk of your non usable food into a storeroom called belly.

Scientific explanation about the saving account

Why belly? My answer is nonconventional, as well as based on science. During our placental stage in the mother’s womb, we had a feeding tube, which was not connected to our mouth but our belly button, as you can see in the picture. It starts once the egg fertilizes it travels in the woman's uterus. Stops at a place where monthly blood is now stopped from flushed out. The fertilized egg puts a syringe into the pool of blood, yes for the food. That syringe becomes the umbilical cord. ( human are parasites. And remains so all their life. )The system is amazing that if the host does not have something minerals or any other, it puts out a bulletin in craving. Craving is nothing else but biology working in the background. After birth, we lose that privilege, and how we feed ourselves from getting it to feeding, through the mouth. Still, those enzymes which were bringing the digested food remain behind; around the belly button; that's the reason that when it is in excess or leftover starts storing in the only forms that storage is in the form of the fat. You see, that is the reason the belly becomes big.

Function of the placenta
Now the next question is why we store ?

Have you ever fed a squirrel? I did many a time; extraordinary, if you have a little bag, if you keep on feeding her, then what she does starts depositing in the grounds why? You are correct for the winter or later when she needs it, and you are not around. Survival, preservation is the strategy of Life.

Following are some interesting pieces of information
which can be an eye opener
Interesting facts about the stomach:

The stomach is not very big. As you see in the picture, it is not bigger than our two knuckles joint together. In Ayurvedic, they have rules for eating habits, divide the stomach into four parts, one for food, one for water, and third for air, and fourth leave space for the mixture to blend in. If we take anyone space for any other, we feel unease, and if we occupy two rooms with any further, we become uncomfortable, some time if we stretch and fill all three, we through up. Nature has built this machine we call humans to operate on logic and reason. Safety is a built-in process.

Interesting fact about the exercise:

In 2014, AmericanMedicalAssociation published a report, “American and western countries, peoples are doing all kinds of exercises, taking all kinds of dietary pills, following all the diet rules, unfortunately not shedding off many fats, why? They don't know the reason.”

Interesting FDA approved solution:

FDA issued on June 4th, 2021, a guideline for diet and approved a kind of injection called Glucagon like peptide ( GLP-1 ), .which targets the area in the brain that regulates appetite. The intake drug must be increased as the 68 weeks trial with BMI 38 Kg /m2 and lost average of 12.4%. FDA and AMA's idea again is food and food craving, which has a lot of side effects.

Now it's time to explain how everything works
so that everything starts to make sense
Lets say body is a machine and machines need some sort of fuel to run on. Food provides that fuel for our body. Now lets talk how our body reacts with the food when we eat different things. It stores fats and use carbohydrates as a fuel for the body. The stored fat is also a stored energy, but that is like a saving account, “As long as you are making money you don’t touch the saving account”, and our bodies are doing the same thing.
Type of nutrient
Where it is found
Carbohydrate (starches and sugars)
Breads Grains Fruits Vegetables Milk and yogurt Foods with sugar
Protein
Meat Seafood Legumes Nuts and seeds Eggs Milk products Vegetables
Fat
Oils Butter Egg yolks Animal products
We get the craving for the carbohydrates because they burn as calories fastest and you know that we burn at least 1200 To 2400 calories per day, this variation is due to age, height, and weight, plus the surrounding area. Your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is an estimate of how many calories your body burns at rest. It represents the minimum amount of energy needed to keep your body functioning, including breathing and keeping your heart beating. Your BMR uses up about two-thirds of your daily calories. There are many BMR calculators available online which you can use. The question is, why do we burn? We burn because we have a body temperature of 98.6 every time you put the thermometer, you get 98.6, which is the constraint and that is the sign that your body is functioning fine. If a degree goes up, you are feverish, a degree goes down, you are hypothermic.
Hypothermia is a medical emergency that occurs when your body loses heat faster than it can produce heat, causing a dangerously low body temperature. Normal body temperature is around 98.6 F (37 C). Hypothermia occurs as your body temperature falls below 95 F (35 C).
The best proof of what I am saying is, a patient walks into an emergency first thing he gets is what? A thermometer and an IV Sugar glucose and fructose thermometer guide them to the temp, which should be 98.6. If lower, then it means the body cannot provide the needed calories to keep the temperature constant), that's why?. The patient came with an injury, as they lost blood, so temp also Dropped. That is why Iv, sugar raises the dropping temperature, as the thermometer shows.
You see, that is where we need these calories. Since Carbohydrates break quickly in sugar, water, and alcohol which we do not store ( carbohydrates are bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and sugar etc ). We feel hungry not really for food but for to keep that thermostats constant. Let us take an example, we skip a meal, the body feels hungry not for food but those calories, as sugar does not store, we need it, if you don't provide, then it goes into a passive state, you feel lethargic, the thermostat is running, where the next fuel need will come, this is the time that body tries the stored fat, take a little chunk and convert it into sugar, which burns, body get perked up. But let’s suppose one does not have fat, then it goes to the following storage, and that is a muscle, breaks it down into sugar, body (medically we say the body is in ketosis, goes to next stage to get those calories. I know you are smiling cause you have herd the name Keto Diet in last few years a lot for the weight loss and now you know the idea behind it. I hope that this explains a lot about our body and food relationship.
According to the chemical definition of Ketones are chemically made in our liver. We produce them when we don’t have enough insulin in our bodies to turn sugar ( glucose ) into energy. We need another source ( for fuel ), so our body uses fat instead. Our liver turns fat into ketones ( A type of acid and sends them into our bloodstream. If types of blood sugar are in a safe range and someone is trying to lose weight. The presence of a small number of ketones is perfectly normal. However, when the body continually has to go into ketosis, the problem comes when the body starts hunger mode frequently. It is an indication that even fat is not turning into ketones. The reason I explained above is nature lock that fat from a breaking after sometime because of early bad habits of eating readily available food, which tells the body that there is food around. The body finds itself vulnerable and tries to feed itself and disturb the whole natural process. In ketosis when fat stops breaking your cholesterol level starts to go up.
All the bad eating habits which we adapt in affluence because of the readily available food, we disturb the whole natural process and in this chaos we welcome all kinds of aliments from diabetes to blood pressure and heart disease. The body becomes nonequilibrium and its homeostasis gets disruptive.
Let me share with you an exciting story. One time a Somalian guy walked into the store where I was working. He was very skinny bare bones. He asked me to help him to gain some weight. I put him on a high calories diet. In a few months, he put up some weight. One day he came and told me that he got a job in California in his field; I think he was a computer engineer, anyway after that I didn't see him. After two years, his head popped up in the door. I could not recognize him, but when he said that don't you know me .? Then I realized him. I asked him to come on in, surprise he was fat like anybody. I asked him what the hell happened? He smiled and told me that he got his field job in a big electronic co. I got married to one kid. I asked him if he was happy. He said yes, everything was going well. I thanked him for stopping by. He smiled and said he needed my help to lose this pot belly and his doctor told him that he has high blood pressure and he is drifting towards diabetes. He also said that I am very particular about the food, but that's not helping as well. I explained to him why he was in this situation and if he follows what I ask him to. Within two months, he will be in better shape, and his blood pressure will drop in three days. He agreed and I put him on my formula. Which helped him in getting the desired results.
You see, that's what I mean, when i say money comes belly comes or affluence breeds obesity.
Now it's time to explain my thesis
why my formula works

Let us say we have five sources to have a fire.

  • 1st: Gasoline
  • 2nd: Oil
  • 3rd: Piece of wood
  • 4th: Piece of plastic
  • 5th: Steel or metal

Given all the above choices, what will you choose?
Off course Gasoline If gasoline is not there. We will use oil. If oil and gasoline are not there, then it will be the third option, which is, peace of wood. If the first three are not available, then there will be plastic, and then the last one which is hard to burn.

I gave the above example to make my point. The body has a thermostat which is supposed to be at 98.6 degrees. It should always 98.6o. If one degree goes up, we say fever. If one degree down, we are hypothermia

Keep my fuel example in mind. Now I am going to put that in context with our body.

Let us say we have five sources to have a which work as fuel for our body.

  • 1st: Sugar
  • 2nd: Carbohydrates
  • 3rd: Fat
  • 4th: Muscles
  • 5th: Bone

The first one is sugar which burns as fuel.

The second one is carbohydrates. Which easily breakdown into alcohol, water, and sugar (which body does not store. That is why we look for them outside in the name of food).

The third one is fat. which is hard to burn (which body can store, cause Life is always trying protect itself). It will break down into Ketones if carbohydrate is not there, which will burn as fuel, and the process is called ketosis. Now you know where that Keto Diet concept comes from. Fat is of two types. One is a healthy fat that is nonsaturated, and the other is saturated. It is the saturated fat that is stored visceral. Outside of the muscles, while the nonsaturated fat goes into muscles to make them flexible and keep the muscles to break down, which is called inflammation, you don’t want to eat the overcooked stake because heat burns the healthy fat and makes the stake like cardboard. That is where we need healthy and nonsaturated fat to keep us healthy. We will go into detail about that latter.

Fourth is Muscles, which body uses as the last resort for the body's survival to maintain that temperature. When we don’t have a healthy external source, body starts to eat itself or burns to keep that survival factor 98.6’0. We see in all malnutrition countries, poor people‘s diet is rice bread beans accessible calories provider. If that is not coming, the body goes into ketosis and starts burning fat, when the fat burn out muscles start cracking.

Fifth is Bone when everything is gone.

Now let us revise just what I said. If sugar drops, it demands the second factor, carbohydrates since, it breaks down quickly. If you don’t eat, then by putting it to a passive mode body prepares fat to break down into ketones. If fat is not there, then the muscles are used to keep the temp and the last one is bone which adjusts as the body loses mass, consisting of sugar and carbohydrate that don’t store. If these are not coming, the fat turns into ketones, last the muscles lose, and the last is bones. They adjust. That is why in Africa, India, and male nutrition countries, people become dwarf as the precious resource, which is muscles as a source of fuel.

Humans will remain alive as long as muscles are there cause body can use the muscles as a source of fuel.

Sugar, carbohydrates, fat, muscles and bones make us human but my detail break down of these parts, explains that those are nothing but a reserve fuel to keep that spark of life alive.

My question is, where is that entity we call Human?
The whole body, from head to toe, is nothing but reserve energy to keep that life force alive. It looks like the only one significant constraint which is controlling the body's activity is the temperature 98.6 degree, which body is trying to maintain at all times.

Heat is the integrated factor. The above analysis suggests that it is so. For life to be living Heat and specifically that particular temp. 98.6, which keeps the whole mass integrated. Take that heat away, and rest starts to crumble.

I am happy and very excited to tell you that I have a solution that keeps the normal cycle without causing any harm and brings it back to Homeostasis without any side effects.
